Wings That Soar ® introduces the effective Connecting Us Together™ Program that provides a diversity, equity, inclusion toolbox, along with a deeper understanding of the importance, significance and impact of all three (diversity, equity and inclusion) through a series of insightful, interactive and experiential exercises that motivate and inspire the participants to action.

The Wheel of Exclusion and Inclusion © ™ is an innovative and interactive change management process that is an insightful, experiential and dynamic module.

It is designed for all levels - executives, manager and employees. It assists individuals and the management team in assessing and understanding the impact and costs of exclusion.

It also provides flashes of insights on how an exclusive culture can decrease morale, productivity and revenue due to employee marginalization. Participants also engage in an inclusion change management process.
