Tracy
Brown is the Principal Consultant/Speaker. She has 20+ years of
combined experience in the areas of: Diversity Leadership, Equal
Opportunity (EO), Marketing, Public Speaking, Facilitation, and
Product Design/Development. Ms.
Brown has
an Executive Masters from Seattle University. Tracy has
provided training and public speaking for private, public,
government and not-for-profit audiences. Furthermore, she has
worked for private and government agencies in various diversity
and equal opportunity management and leadership positions, as
well as an Investigator, Trainer and Mediator.
In
2008, Tracy provided the D.E.I.™ Model to participants at the
Conference Board’s three diversity conferences in Chicago, New
York and San Diego. She has her Executive Masters from Seattle
University and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of
Washington. Tracy received specialized leadership training from
the Executive Management Programs at J.F.K. School of
Government. She is also a graduate of the following leadership
programs: Leadership Tomorrow (Seattle WA), Leadership America,
Leadership USA (W.K. Kellogg and CLE partnership) and the
Kettering Foundations’ Community Leadership Program. Tracy has
worked for IBM, Westin Hotels, Sound Transit, and state and federal
civil rights agencies. To
